Core job functions Lead the guest experience from reservation to the check; Ensure a coherent wine and beverage concept, aligned with the kitchen concept; Help with training routines together with the F&B manager; Make our guests feel at ease and create a great experience; Preparation of the restaurant and evening service; Checking and preparing all necessary mise-en-place; Ensure an outstanding and smooth evening service; Closing of the restaurant in coordination with the F&B manager; Clean agreed designated areas following laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines, and hygiene requirements; Purchases; Stocks; Team management; Core Competencies Fluent in Portuguese & English is a requisite; 3+ years of hospitality experience is a must; Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general;
