Join our full-time team in the Social Security businessunit in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr region - and get ahead withthe market leader for municipal IT solutions

This will be your job...

• Yousupport the DevOps engineers in our operations team with problemsin the use of our latest software at the interface to technicalsupport
• You process tickets with the aim ofidentifying and eliminating situations that prevent operations atan early stage
• You are in close coordinationwith the technical 2nd level support and ensure smoothcommunication
• You classify incoming customerconcerns and, where possible, provide immediate independentsolutions and/or create meaningful documentation
• You prepare more complex issues in independent analysisand in cooperation with the team until they are ready for asolution
• You actively contribute to thecontinuous improvement of support processes in terms ofeffectiveness and efficiency (e.g. by maintaining and expanding theinternal knowledge database (Confluence))
• You contribute to tests and user documentation
• You support regular, well-documented tasks in the buildand release process

This is whatwe want...

• You have completedvocational training, ideally in an IT or administrativeenvironment, e.g. as an IT specialist in system integration,information technology assistant or a comparable qualification
• You love finding solutions to technicalproblems for your customers and communicating them to them in aclear and approachable way - by phone and in writing in fluentGerman
• You are comfortable working withvarious database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and have no problemswriting SQL queries yourself
• Ideally, youhave some experience with DMS systems and/or in technical support
• You are experienced in dealing withtechnical developer documentation
• You shareyour know-how in the team just as committed and naturally as youabsorb new knowledge from your colleagues and other specialists
