Senior Global IT Support (100%)
In this newly created role, you will be supporting the global HeiQ group and will report directly to the Global IT Infrastructure & Security Manager, Head of IT Support.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to the HeiQ Group, resolving hardware, software, and networkrelated issues.
- Prioritize and resolve support requests efficiently, ensuring mínimal disruption to endusers.
- Maintain and administer Azure and Office 365 environments, managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Maintain and monitor the server infrastructure, ensuring its stability, performance, and security.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new staff, setting up user accounts and providing necessary IT training.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders for effective incident management, problem resolution, and system upgrades.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement proactive measures.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions for improved IT support services.
- Participate in IT projects, providing technical expertise and assisting with deployments and upgrades.
- Conduct training sessions for endusers to enhance their IT skills.
You are:
- Proficient in maintaining and monitoring server infrastructure.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiar with IT service management principles and best practices.
- An excellent communicator in English and a skilled problemsolver.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
You bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience in seniorlevel IT support, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge and handson experience in Azure and Office 365 administration.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and keeping up with industry advancements.
- Relevant certifications (e
g, Microsoft Certified:
Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
