HR/IT Business Analyst Integrations
Tasks & Responsibilities
- You act as HR/IT Business Analyst for HR/IT Integration related topics in a leading role.
- You will translate the business demands into interface requirements and ensure proper implementation of your solution design following our IT service management
- You consult the business on the best possible integration design and align it with the responsible development team.
- You think about the 'big picture', considering endtoend processes and identify crosstopic dependencies.
- You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activities.
Qualification & Experience
- You have a minimum of 35 years' experience with HCM Solutions (e.g. SAP or Workday).
- You are experienced in analyzing and designing in
- You have a thorough understanding of HR MasterData Management related processes at a global scale and respective IT solutions / integrations.
- You are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projects, ideally in a lead role.
- You have a good knowledge of managing IT service providers.
- You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industry.
