The Product Marketing Manager SB (Kitchen, Bath, Furniture - Retail) owns the end-to-end lifecycle of SMB products, leading positioning, launches, onboarding, and adoption initiatives to drive growth and customer value.

Own end to product lifecycle for SMB p

- Lead product launches from positioning and messaging through go to market e
- Own lifecycle strategies from launch to onboarding, adoption, and sustain
- Partner with Product and Customer teams to improve activation, retention, and e
Drive growth through eCommerce enabled buyer
journeys
- Define product marketing strategies that support digital, self serve, and eCommerce purc
- Shape how products are presented, packaged, and messaged across digital t
- Optimize key lifecycle moments—trial, purchase, onboarding, and adoption—to reduce friction and increase
Apply growth marketing principles within produc
t marketing
- Focus on growth outcomes such as activation, adoption, engagement, and customer value
- Identify lifecycle levers to improve conversion and usage acros
- Define success metrics for launches, onboarding, and adoption initiatives, and continuously optimize based on
Build clear and differentiated produc

- Develop compelling value propositions tailored to small business
- Create scalable messaging frameworks that support growth initiatives across regions, channels, and digit
- Translate complex product capabilities into simple, outcome oriented custo

- Define SB buyer and user personas informed by research, behavioral data, a
- Run customer research initiatives to inform positioning, lifecycle strategies, and digital a
- Build market maturity models and customer archetypes to guide go to market and life

- Create launch, onboarding, and enablement assets for sales, partners, customer success, an

- +5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a closely related role within
- Proven experience managing products across the full lifecycle—from launch through
- Experience supporting or enabling digital, self-serve, or eCommer
- Strong understanding of small business customers and their buy
