We all know that health is one of the most important sectors in our lives and this area is constantly developing.

One of our clients became part of this development, by creating a device that helps make everyday people who have diabetes easier and they need someone to join their Customer Service team


Your main functions are:

  • Help customers with some questions or doubts regarding the device;
  • Taking questions about technical issues (troubleshooting);
  • Help some health companies who are interested in the device;
  • Collect updated documentation to proceed with the product shipment.
What do you need to have?

  • English level C1/C2;
  • 2 years of experience with troubleshooting or technical support (mandatory);
  • Availability to work 8 hours per day, from Monday to Sunday in rotational shifts (24/7).
Your workplace will be in Entrecampos, Lisbon, and you will have access to training. After it, you will sign a contract, with some benefits such as private health insurance, and monthly bonus
