One of our clients became part of this development, by creating a device that helps make everyday people who have diabetes easier and they need someone to join their Customer Service teamYour main functions are:
- Help customers with some questions or doubts regarding the device;
- Taking questions about technical issues (troubleshooting);
- Help some health companies who are interested in the device;
- Collect updated documentation to proceed with the product shipment.
- English level C1/C2;
- 2 years of experience with troubleshooting or technical support (mandatory);
- Availability to work 8 hours per day, from Monday to Sunday in rotational shifts (24/7).
