- Evaluation of customer satisfaction;
- Ensure that customerspecific requirements are implemented in all processes;
- Monitor quality KPI ́s (8D ageing, PPM, WC and avoid major events/Campaign's);
- Implementation of containment actions to production processes;
- Apply 8D process analysis to nonconforming product as problemsolving tool;
- Ensure the support of customers;
- Team Management;
- Analysis and handling of customer complaints.
- Degree in Engineering and/or with experience in production/manufacturing processes and quality;
- Fluent communication in English (mandatory);
- Knowledge of various problem solving and quality tools (Histogram, Pareto charts, Flow charts, Control Plan, Ishikawa, 5Why, 8D, etc.);
- Knowledge of Quality Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC);
- Knowledge of ISO9001; IATF, 16949; ISO14001; ISO19001; VDA6.3, VDA 6.5 (preferred);
- Resistance to stress, sense of responsibility, dynamism and proactivity;
- Advanced computer skills, from the user's point of view;
- Immediate availability.
