Agile Coach

Perfil:

Familiarity with "Software Craftsman" principles;
Understanding of ObjectOriented principles, DomainDriven Design (DDD), design patterns, and best practices such as SOLID principles;
Familiarity with TestDriven Development (TDD) is a strong plus;
Master coaching techniques and methodological, organizational, and technical domains (e.g., Scrum, DevOps, Lean);
Proficiency in facilitating workshops and meetings at all levels of the organization;
Technical knowledge in Java, Spring, Maven, Oracle DB;
Familiarity with Static Application Security Testing (SAST) tools like SonarQube, Fortify, NexusIQ or alternatives;
Knowledge of Docker, Container, and Groovy.

Responsabilidades:

Analyze and clarify coaching requests, leading necessary interviews for mission framing;
Define coaching missions, planning and estimating within organizational and budget constraints;
Propose followup indicators for missions and provide guidance;
Assist in adapting to new practices, techniques, and tools to ease the steering of activities;
Lead interviews and facilitate workshops for mission continuity;
Support team upskilling and measure the efficiency of the coaching plan;
Adapt the plan as required, identify risks and issues, and propose remediation plans;
List, capitalize on, and share good practices and techniques;
Identify improvement areas and maintain/develop a professional network.
