The Universal Group has been developing several projects related to renewable energies and is now looking for a Chief Financial Officer for the Portuguese Office to work closely with senior management and executive staff.

Key Responsabilities

As the CFO, you will be responsible for managing all the financial aspects of the company, managing financial and accounting team.

You will work closely to management, in order to define and implement the company's strategy, by also developing the financial department and its procedures.

You will take on a strategical role, but also being able to adopt a hands on and more operational approach whenever it is necessary You must display a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writte

What we expect

Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or similar areas preferably with previous experiences as a Finance Manager, coordinating the financial team.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Great understanding of the entire financial procedures

Fluency in English is mandatory

Background experiences in multicultural environment will be valued

An MBA or CPA is also highy valued

Experience in team management is a plus.

Note:
A CFO must display a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
