- Multitarefa, capaz de trabalhar sob pressão, mantendose calmo e sereno, sempre prestando um ótimo atendimento ao cliente;
- Capaz de priorizar várias tarefas ao mesmo tempo e administrar o tempo de forma eficiente, sem a necessidade de direção;
- Pessoa responsável e proativa com foco em qualidade e brio;
- Facilidade em utilizar tecnologia.
- Comunicar com hóspedes antes, durante e após a estadia, oferecendo um ótimo atendimento ao cliente por telefone, e-mail e caixa de mensagens das plataformas;
- Responsabilidade de proporcionar uma experiência incrível aos hóspedes, com excelente atenção aos detalhes e atendimento personalizado;
- Controlar a qualidade da experiência do hóspede e resolver prontamente quaisquer questões levantadas durante ou após a estadia;
- Trabalhar em equipa para garantir a satisfação dos hóspedes;
- Apoiar e auxiliar a equipa com quaisquer outras tarefas operacionais do dia-a-dia (incluindo agendamento de tarefas, comunicação com fornecedores, solução de problemas de manutenção) conforme e quando necessário;
- Ajudar a conceber e implementar novos processos para garantir que possamos oferecer uma experiência cada vez mais incríveis aos hóspedes;
- Conhecimento local das atividades turísticas, bares e restaurantes;
- Capacidade de explicar como usar e solucionar pequenos problemas de aparelhos e aquecimento/água quente, TV, internet.
