- International Certificate Surf Instructor (Level I or II Surf Coach Course)
- Experience teaching and interacting with people
- High knowledge of surf techniques
- Strong sense of responsibility and social skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Driving license
- Fluent in English. An extra language (French, German) is a plus
- EU passport holder
- Accommodation provided
- Above average remuneration
- Friendly work environment and integration in dynamic and motivated team
- Full time position with Portuguese work contract
