Would you like to have a key role in the coordination of Infineon's training processes around the globe? Are you interested in event organization and would enjoy doing it in an international environment? Then this trainee opportunity in our Learning Services team is for you

As a Training Coordination Trainee, you will learn how to manage a training event in an international corporate environment. You will support our team with different training scopes.

In your new role, you will:

Support the
coordination, tracking and management of training activities using our Learning Management System;
Provide
administrative support to local and global training requests ;
Handle
inquiries and requests from internal and external vendors, participants, program managers and trainers located globally;

Support training registration and logistics organization , such as hotel booking, training rooms, billing information, etc.;

Ensure
cooperation with external suppliers .

You have a structured and self-driven working style and a strong customer orientation.

You demonstrate high-quality standards for your work and are able to quickly establish successful cooperation within your team and with others.

You are best equipped for this task if you:

Have a
degree in Language Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar;
Have
experience using MS Office tools , especially Excel and Outlook;
Are
able to structure your own work within the team;
Have experience in events organization, learning management or customer service is a plus;
Are
fluent in English , knowledge of German is a plus.
