Our mission is to streamline the accommodation listing process, making it more efficient and accessible.We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Onboarding to join our team and contribute to our vision of transforming the hospitality industry.
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding strategies to improve content quality and streamline client integration, focusing on both selfservice and fullservice clients.
- Establish and refine onboarding procedures, training programs, and content strategies to enhance listing effectiveness and ensure continuous team improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to integrate and optimize AI tooling, aiming for innovation in content development and process efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and expand the onboarding team to meet evolving client needs and company goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to listing conversion rates and onboarding velocity, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and the successful adoption of our software.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to continually refine onboarding strategies and tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within onboarding, customer success, or a similar field, preferably in the technology or hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, and AI tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful onboarding strategies and training programs.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving key business outcomes, such as improved listing conversion rates and increased onboarding velocity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
