We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Onboarding to join our team and contribute to our vision of transforming the hospitality industry.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding strategies to improve content quality and streamline client integration, focusing on both selfservice and fullservice clients.
Establish and refine onboarding procedures, training programs, and content strategies to enhance listing effectiveness and ensure continuous team improvement.
Collaborate closely with the product team to integrate and optimize AI tooling, aiming for innovation in content development and process efficiency.
Lead, motivate, and expand the onboarding team to meet evolving client needs and company goals.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to listing conversion rates and onboarding velocity, implementing improvements as necessary.
Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and the successful adoption of our software.
Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to continually refine onboarding strategies and tools.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role within onboarding, customer success, or a similar field, preferably in the technology or hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, and AI tooling.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful onboarding strategies and training programs.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving key business outcomes, such as improved listing conversion rates and increased onboarding velocity.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
