WHAT IS AFTER-SALES?

In our Aftersales Unit, we create seamless customer experiences in Web, App, eCommerce and high context domains across the three core business segments Service, Accident and Parts Trading.

With products such as Online Appointment Booking and Mobile Apps like the Mercedes me Service App, we merge technology innovations with customer requirements in easy-to-use products that our customers love.

As part of Aftersales, you will work in a trust-based teamwork model within the global Aftersales family, where you are empowered to take ownership and deliver value for the product success.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Coordinate overarching product and nonproduct related projects in our Aftersales Product Unit,
Manage IT and budget processes as well as coordination of requests to external partners for Aftersales,
Provide administrative support to the program and product unit leadership team,
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in order to deepdive into problems and challenges, deriving solution roadmaps, identifying requirements and deriving strategic recommendations,
Support the execution of existing projects alongside senior professionals.

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

Successfully completed academic studies in a related field (e.g. management, business administration, technology, digital products, IT)
13 years of relevant experience illustrating your familiarity with a wide range of topics, industries and business models
Strong skill set in project management
Dedicated and proactive attitude, responsibility, creativity, motivation and enthusiasm
Being handson with an innovative and growth mindset
Ability to take initiative, suggest and carry out actions and drive results
Excellent analytical skill set as well as highly competent in using MS PowerPoint and XLS
Proficient interpersonal as well as oral and written communication skills in English

THERE WILL BE BIG SMILES IF YOU

Have previous consulting experience, focused on digital and/ or corporate topics
Have operative working experience in a fastgrowing and / or multinational company
Have previous experience in agile work environments (Scrum, LeSS, SAFe, etc.) and associated tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Combine pragmatic reallife implementations and processes with strong theoretical knowledge
Are willing to travel
Are adaptable and quick learner
Are able to collaborate effectively with a diverse and open team
Seek challenges and like continuous learning and improving in a balanced culture
