    Your mission:
    The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in the success of the organization by ensuring coordination between PwC Luxembourg, PwC Portugal and PwC Services Portugal office and offering guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between our employees and senior management.

    Be a part of our team of solvers where you will (specific responsibilities include but are not limited to):

    ● Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits and general HR-related matters. Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and employee wellbeing.
    ● Coordinate employee performance evaluations, including probation reviews and annual appraisals.
    ● Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, absences, disciplinary actions.
    ● Implement and manage policies and procedures in line with current local employment law and firm culture.
    ● Identify training needs, organize training interventions to meet quality sta dards and coordinate career development plans.
    ● Support PwC local teams to manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, selection process and recruitment events. You will be helping the coordination of the onboarding process as well.
    ● Coordinate with all COE's at PwC Luxembourg to ensure coherent HR Programs implementations and Global initiatives.

    ● Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, proactively advising management and ensuring compliance across the organization.

    ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
    ● Proven experience of 7 to 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
    ● Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
    ● Good knowledge of local employment/labor laws and regulations.
    ● Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Fluency in English and Portuguese are mandatory.
    ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    ● Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
    ● Proficiency in HRIS systems (workday is an asset) and MS Office Suite.
    ● Experience in a matrixed and international environment.
