Em parceria com um nosso Cliente, estamos a recrutar um Operations Excellence Manager:
- Definir como são preparados e entregues os projetos e processos para maximizar a competitividade da empresa;
- Promover o desenvolvimento de processos padronizados que viabilizem a integração novos Clientes e/ou projetos em forma célere sem comprometer qualidade serviço prestado;
- Promover melhoria continua dos processos aumentar rapidez eficiência custos consistência utilizando dados insights evoluir termos processo resultado;< li >Monitorizar impulsionar resultados nos KPIs , nomeadamente satisfação do Cliente disponibilidade serviços adicionais eficiência;< / li >Liderar processos negociação quando necessário avaliar desempenho equipas garantir cumprimento SLAs promover melhorias;< / li >Servir ponte entre equipas operação Cliente garantindo comunicação eficaz alinhamento atuando ponto escalonamento problemas críticos ponham em risco continuidade negócio Cliente;< br >Garantir gestão acompanhamento orçamento operacional;< br >Garantir gestão talento num negócio altamente competitivo promovendo ambiente meritocracia formação contínua foco no cliente < b ;/ b );< br >/ ul >
