We are thrilled to extend an exciting job opportunity for the position of Contact Center Agent within the Banking Sector at our client's company.

We are currently seeking a skilled individual fluent in Dutch and Flemish to join the dynamic team in Porto/Trindade.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing accurate information about our client banking products and services;
  • Assisting customers with accountrelated matters, transactions, and troubleshooting;
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively and efficiently;
  • Collaborating with team members to improve overall service quality.

Requirements:


  • Fluency in Flemish (C2, native level speaker);
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2);
  • Previous experience in a customer service bank/finance or contact center role is advantageous;
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in variable and rotating shifts, including Saturdays.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week, rotating from Monday to Saturday.

Monday to Friday, the schedule rotates between 8am and 7pm, and on Saturdays, it has a fixed schedule from 8am to 5pm.

Sunday is a fixed day off + another rotating day off.
