    Purpose of Position

    Assist the Commissary Management with the project support, daily administrative duties, stock coordination, and execution of all new aircraft stocking processes.

    Tasks and Responsibilities


    • Assist the Commissary Management with the administrative duties such as setting up purchase orders and confirming approvals; follow-ups with onboard stock suppliers ensuring that all necessary tasks and processes have been set and logged correctly and in a timely manner.


    • To assist the commissary team ensuring all reports from warehouses and NetJets in-house systems match and are up to date


    • Assist Commissary Management team to coordinate the overall fleet onboard stock logistics and identify areas and opportunities for development and improvement.


    • Support in the stocking execution for new aircraft deliveries and disposals at Cascais Aerodrome.


    • Assist in defining and maintaining minimum stock levels and overall management and upkeep of company airport room(s) for storage of onboard products with the intent to stock aircrafts.


    • Support the Commissary Management and Five Senses Department in the projects focusing on the improvement and development of related tools and systems.


    • Support the Commissary Management in the creation and upkeep of an accurate Onboard Product Guide - including all onboard product specifications and details such as weight and size.

    Education

    Bachelor's in Aviation or Logistics

    • University degree preferred;

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in general administrative tasks;

    • Good organisational skills;
