Ippolito & Maciste is the new Wine Bar in the wonderful Ericeira.

In addition to offering a magnificent selection of natural wines from small producers, we offer a selection of simple plates to delight our guests.

You will work with the excellence of Italian and Portuguese products to create dishes that are as good as they are beautiful.

For this we are looking for a Chef/Cozinheiro ready to get involved in our adventure Possibility of transforming the fixed term contract into a permanent contract Young or old, man or woman, but experienced..

We are looking above all for passionate people to work with a team of enthusiasts.

Your mission, if you accept it, will be to:

• Decide the menu with us
• Participate in the setup / preliminary preparations before the service
• Assemble dishes during the service according to technical sheets
• Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
• Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas

Full-time fixed-term contract, 2 days off per week. Evening service Tuesday / Saturday - 4 p.m. to 12 p.m.
