Job Description:


As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to utilize your analytical skills in generating actionable insights that enhance product performance and drive business growth.

Collaborating closely with product teams, you will provide comprehensive analytical and technical support to augment business intelligence and promote the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify patterns and suggest actions to improve the customer experience
  • Provide reporting to monitor initiatives, measure their impact, and track the performance of the solutions in place
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and collaborate with technology teams to implement them
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities
  • Explore and proactively propose new business opportunities
  • Help understand how to measure each initiative, monitor their performance, and provide insights and recommendations accordingly
  • Communicate and present results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the company
  • Cooperate with other Data Analysts across the company on joint projects to identify synergies and improve data governance.

Qualifications:


Essential

  • Strong analytical skills/mindset
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and exploring data sets
  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Ability to influence decision makers through presentations of analysis
  • Good experience in visualizing data and using data visualization tools
  • Experience in business partnering/stakeholder management

Desirable

  • STEM degree
  • TIBCO Spotfire knowledge
  • Knowledge of data modeling and best practices related to analytical databases
  • Previous experience in the travel industry
  • Familiarity with digital and ecommerce business
