As our part time Marketing Analyst here at Threads, you will sit within our Data and Analytics team, reporting into our Senior Commercial Analyst.
This is an exciting role to help direct the future of luxury fashion.We are a social media led, in house fulfilment scale-up that is looking for someone who can help us create metrics and measure performance of our social media content, whilst following the funnel all the way through to sale, sourcing, fulfilment and eventually to a satisfied delivery.
Please note this role is a 12 Months FTC, and part time requires 3 days per week ideally Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
The salary for this role is between €19k - €26k depending on experience and will be pro rata'd based on the confirmed working pattern.
Requirements
You Will:
Design, scope and create key reports to provide ongoing and ad hoc analysis throughout the week to inform decisions that continuously improve Content curation, channel mix, journey mapping and post campaign analysisMeasure and track performance of our email campaigns as well as our ecommerce websiteBuild statistically robust experiments alongside Marketing & Operations that allow us to optimise our customer experience, our content, our channel mix, reach, as well as impact of various initiatives.
You Have:
A strong numerical and analytical focus (e.g. maths, engineering, physics, chemistry, economics) Experience in Marketing analysis, specifically around social media engagement, CRM and eCommerce. Comfortable extracting data from Tableau and basic exploring of data sourcesExcellent communication and networking skills - from junior up to senior stakeholdersExperience in an analytical / consulting roleStrong Excel and powerpoint skills
