Business administrator for digitizationmanagement (m/f/d)

Permanent position,full-time - Berlin

Your tasks

• You create training documents and conducttraining courses for employees
• You are themain contact person for license management, system administration,rights management and access provisioning, e.g. in our CDE systems.
• You act as the direct contact for externalIT service providers
• You continuouslydevelop existing database and project structures.
• You create reports based on Power BI and Power Automateand monitor system performance and evaluate processes in order tomake continuous improvements.
• You carry outaudits of system usage and ensure compliance with data protectionand security guidelines
• You work on projectsto select and integrate digital technologies and tools

Your profile

• You have completed training as an office managementassistant, IT systems clerk, information clerk or a similarqualification in the field of digitization management.
• You have extensive knowledge of database management,information architecture, IT security and data protectionregulations, operating systems, data analysis and automation.
• Additional knowledge of network technologieswould be an advantage.
• You have technicalskills to use database software such as CDE administration, PowerBI, Power Automate and ideally SharePoint.
• Your profile is rounded off by knowledge of construction-specificinformation systems in the area of technical skills.
• You demonstrate the ability to analyze complex technicalproblems and develop effective solutions.
• You enjoy working in a team to optimize systems across the companyin collaboration with other departments and external ITspecialists.
• You are motivated to driveinnovation and continuously keep up to date with new technologiesand best practices in information management.
