Your responsabilities:


  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e.

troubleshooting, fraud order and returns:
"My toothbrush stopped working", "My TV arrived today after the repair, however it's still not working"

  • Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information (i

e:
I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine; What are the differences between these devices before ordering"

  • Addressing delivery questions, like "I was expecting my product yesterday, but I haven't received any updates. Can you help me with its status?"

You speak French in proficiency:


  • Intermediate English level (min B2):
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • You are selfmotivated, and you like to work in the team

Competetive Salary and bonuses:


€890€ gross/month + 2 extra salaries per year

up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus
**€7.23 NET/day meal allowance

  • Full time employment, 6 months fixedterm renewable contract
