Your responsabilities:
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e.
troubleshooting, fraud order and returns:
"My toothbrush stopped working", "My TV arrived today after the repair, however it's still not working"
- Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information (i
e:
I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine; What are the differences between these devices before ordering"
- Addressing delivery questions, like "I was expecting my product yesterday, but I haven't received any updates. Can you help me with its status?"
Our expectations:

You speak French in proficiency:
Intermediate English level (min B2):- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- You are selfmotivated, and you like to work in the team

Competetive Salary and bonuses:
€890€ gross/month + 2 extra salaries per year
up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus
**€7.23 NET/day meal allowance
- Full time employment, 6 months fixedterm renewable contract
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
