- Implementing processes from production and logistics, including workshops, parts logistics and warranty consulting/developing
- Translating business requirements into SAP customization according to best practices
- Consulting business departments in SAP solutions available
- Participating actively on the template rollout of standardize processes on SAP Automotive Industry Solution
- Taking care of SAP "3rd level" operations of the respective SAP modules
- Collaborating with other external suppliers.
- Proven experience working with SAP PP module and SAP manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of end to end end to end logistics and production processes and integration
- In-depth knowledge of the SAP system ERP 6.0 (EHP 8) and higher
- Analytical thinking to understand the existing environment and understand business processes and demands
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Great English skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL)
