How your day-to-day in this role would look like:

Content Reviewers working on our Chatbot team are responsible for reviewing Chat Bot's text-based answers that were flagged by users as not okay, by using the policies & guidelines to decide if the answers were offensive/dangerous
You will visually review textbased content and escalate violations of Client policies using internal tools
On this project you might review content that ranges from mild to very sensitive topics such as but not limited to profanity, hate speech or violence
We have programs in place such as the Feel Good Wellness 360 Program and detach hours to ensure you have the supports in place should you need them

Requirements:

What do you need to be successful at this job?

Language Maestro: Fluent in Dutch, good English
