The Role

The Treasury Analyst will support Dawn's European and AMEAP affiliates in various Treasury related functions.

Some of these responsibilities are the support in all transactional banking activities, managing the 13-week cash flow forecasting process, managing in the European cash pool network and monitoring working capital positions.

This position is part of the US Treasury team and will report to the Director Treasury & Risk Management. The position is based in Palmela.

Supports daily treasury functions for all EU & AMEAP affiliates
Responsible for monthend activities, incl. account reconciliations and general ledger account review
Manage and support the European Credit program
Supports the US based Treasury team as needed
Support the European Tax Manager incl. ttax balance sheet account review, monitor tax filing calendar, forecasting tax payments and VAT compliance and reporting
Routinely analyzes data, investigates issues, identifies solutions and monitors/implements actions to enhance and improve processes

Requirements:

Available for 40 hours
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience is financial analysis required, with Treasury and/or;
Cash Management experience is strongly preferred
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite required
SAP/BPC experience preferred
Fluent in English (verbal and written), other EU language is a plus
Ability to work both independently and in a team orientated, collaborative environment
