All performance marketing is handled in-house, without any agency support.

This is an amazing opportunity to get hands-on experience working on paid media platforms, website CMS, marketing CRM, SEO analytics tools, and reporting visualization tools.

**- Work on performance marketing activity across Paid Media channels for Latin American countries,

Work with the performance marketing team to create and manage a comprehensive multichannel strategy across Paid Search, Display, Remarketing, and SEO for Latin American countries,
Work closely with the Global Performance Marketing Manager and sales team to optimize audience targeting strategies,
Plan, execute and measure tests across ad creative and landing pages to optimize conversion,
Collaborate with the SEO team to execute onsite SEO initiatives such as metadata optimization, keyword research,
Work with the team to track and optimize the paid media budget across performance channels,
Work with the team to track and build automated reports for key performance indicators of media buying activity,
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights,
Suggest new paid media initiatives that have the potential to increase new user numbers in an efficient way,
Work with marketing teams to ensure messaging across all channels is consistent and aligned,
Develop close relationships between inside sales and regional sales manager to optimize campaigns and find trends and campaign opportunities.

Basic Requirements

:

The ability to speak and write fluently in English and Spanish,
2+ years of experience running retargeting campaigns,
2+ years of experience building and managing YouTube and Google Discovery ads,
2+ years working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GA4 knowledge a bonus)
2+ years working with heatmap tools such as Hotjar or Mouseflow,
1+ years building reporting and using such as Looker Studio,
1+ years working with project management tools and processes such as Jira,
Experience with uploading and editing pages in a modular CMS like Craft and Husbpot,
Have a basic level and understanding of organic acquisition and Search Engine Optimization (SEO),
1+ years working with SEO onsite analysis tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, (or similar tools),
Knowledge of basic level HTML and CSS,
Selfstarter, who is organized and doesn't need to be closely managed, and can freely collaborate with team members.
