YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS / /

Develop digital campaigns around brand awareness and employer brand to strengthen the new GENII brand
Support brand development and communication activities
Define KPIs and OKRs for digital activities and campaigns
Update social media content across all channels including web site content
Engage with customers and followers
Use social media marketing tools
Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strongnetwork
Develop content or get it done by content developers
Keep an eye on social media trends
Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management,content developers, and agencies

Experience as a digital or social marketing manager or a similar role
Experience in creating social and digital marketing strategies
Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Glasdoor
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (German as a plus)
Ability to craft remarkable and engaging content
Organized and able to multitask
