Talent Advisor (m/f)
para integrar a nossa estrutura interna, em Lisboa, e impulsionar o crescimento da iU Talent.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Foco no recrutamento de candidatos para diversas posições e setores;
- Gestão completa dos processos de recrutamento (briefing, triagem, entrevistas, follow-up);
- Identificação de necessidades de recrutamento e apresentação de soluções;
- Construção de relações duradouras e de proximidade com clientes e candidatos.
Requisitos:
- Formação superior em área de relevo para a função;
- Experiência anterior em recrutamento (obrigatório);
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e organização;
- Proatividade, dinamismo e gosto por desafios;
- Resiliência e tolerância à frustração;
- Orientação para resultados e melhoria contínua.
