Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our Automation offer. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing operations and delivering strategic solutions to our clients towards business efficiency.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

Strategic Planning

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client businesses, industries, and market trends to provide informed and strategic recommendations.
• Develop comprehensive business strategies that align with client goals and objectives.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring the successful execution of consulting projects.

Project Management

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve client satisfaction and project success.

Business Development

• Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients and actively contribute to business development efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in Business Consulting;
• Proactivity and autonomy is a must.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge and experience in business processes reengineering and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
