Position:
Operations Manager

As Operations Manager at CESO you ́ll be at the heart of our organization, ensuring that our projects run smoothly and effectively.

Your role will be multifaceted.


Here's what you'll be doing:

Service provider database: Curate a database of national and international service providers to support the operational and logístical management of the Technical Department.

Logistics: Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of external experts and CESO staff, ensuring all travel, insurance, transport, and equipment needs are met, customized for each project.

Events: Assist Project Managers in organizing events, whether they're hybrid or in person. You'll be the go-to person for space management, online event solutions, equipment, catering, and everything else that makes our events a success.

Financial administrative support: Support Project Managers in the administration and archiving of financial documentation associated with project management.


What We're Looking For:

• A technological course or similar in areas such as management, international trade, marketing, sales, event management, or tourism management.
• At least two years of professional experience, making you a perfect fit for this entrylevel opportunity.
• Proficiency in English, because we operate on an international stage.
• Excellent communication skills, innovation, and proactivity.
• The ability to remain cool under pressure we value your resistance to stress.
