A Servdebt é uma das empresas líderes no mercado de Non-Performing Loans em Portugal, independente e especializada na gestão e recuperação de ativos, com sede em Lisboa e escritórios em Vila Nova de Gaia e em Madrid.

O teu impacto:
- Liderar e desenvolver uma equipa de gestores de crédito;
- Monitorizar resultados e garantir o cumprimento dos objetivos;
- Analisar KPI's e implementar melhorias contínuas;
- Criar um ambiente de motivação, responsabilidade e evolução;
O que procuramos:
- 12.º ano completo;
- Experiência mínima de 2 anos na gestão de equipas;
- Experiência sólida em recuperação de crédito;
- Perfil orientado a resultados, com liderança, agilidade e integridade;
