As a Finance Master Data Specialist, you will work closely with the Business Process Experts and Finance Master Data Corporate Governance team in order to ensure data quality, compliance and operating procedures.

Your general task will be to ensure timely and accurate master data maintenance.

In your new role you will:

Execute
changes in SAP finance master data as defined in corresponding business process in the areas of Accounting, Controlling and Treasury.
Ensure that
processes are delivered according to the rules and guidelines defined.

Submit incidents and change requests when needed.
-
Assist business process experts and Finance Master Data Governance **in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation in order to ensure data quality and compliance.

Contribute to
master data related projects .
Create, monitor and follow up on
KPI reports , keeping the stakeholders informed on a regular basis.

With your hands-on mentality, creativity and excellent communication skills you are able to develop ideas and set up sustainable relationships with your team and other counterparts.

You have a problem-solver mindset and strong organizational skills. Your collaborative approach allows you to establish successful cooperation with people across all functions and levels of the organization.

Furthermore, you have high-quality standards for your work and excellent analytical skills supported by your attention to detail and focus on delivery.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent degree.
Good knowledge of
MS Office Tools (particularly
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP (preferred).

Proactive personality with a
sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times.

Excellent
communication and problemsolving skills .

Fluency in English .
