Responsibility includes promoting TE technology & product to position. With a special focus on TERP and demand creation. Intense customer relationship building and ensuring consistent market share growth.Responsibilities:
Tasks Summary & Responsibilities
- Auto sales growth through the development and execution of the auto channel sales strategy,
- Demand creation initiatives. (TERP)
- Work closely with TE channel and distribution partners sales teams to optimize auto growth
- Build relationships, demonstrate TE capabilities and technologies to the distribution partners and their customers.
- Drive extraordinary customer experience (ECE) and help the team develop key relationships at focus accounts
- Clear alignment and communication with key DMM's & KAM's on product management, pricing, operations, customer care).
- Substantial travel to ensure regular distribution branch level visits and joint customer visits when required
- Be present at road shows and TE displays when required.

- TERP reports
- Monthly TERP reporting
- Application Focus Growth through channel
- Market share
Requirements:
- Engineering or Business Management Degree
- 10 years experience managing customer relationships
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Experience with selling of electronic components similar to TE is also useful (connectors, sensors, filters, cables, assemblies, distribution boxes, etc)
- Analytical and strong problemsolving skills
- Exposure to large company processes and KPI expectations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Culturally sensitive
- Comfortable to work in a fastpaced, international matrix organisation
