MKTalent is recruiting for a client based in Lisbon, a Content Experience Manager.


Main Responsabilities:


  • Own the development and implementation of content from start to finish working with other team members;
  • Map out and align content plans together with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Identify new/updated content needs and integrating them into existing channels/tools and training
materials;

  • Align with Communications to build content delivery plan and communications strategy with associated activities (especially for larger topics);
  • Meet with the Training and Quality teams regularly to understand knowledge gaps/misunderstandings that need to be addressed in the content;
  • Train the Trainers on new/updated materials and provide details on what content has changed on a regular basis;
  • Attend trainings once content has been developed to see how content is landing and amend content based on unclarities and commonly occurring questions.

What we look for?

  • 3 to 5 years of experience working as an instructional designer or creating adult learning training material;
  • Experience working in the telecom industry preferably;
  • Working Knowledge of English and Italian or French;
  • Advance user of PowerPoint and Microsoft suite;
  • Good attention to detail while working on fast paced projects.
