    About the role


    The Sales Controller Manager is responsible for the correct accountability, analysis, anticipation and control of the trade spend, and of the insurance and implementation of the commercial indicators principals.

    Your responsibilities

    • Ensure the correct accountability/input of the Trade spend (promotional spends, costumers, discounts on pay in money, etc)
    • Ensure that the trade spend reporting is dependable and exhaustive.
    • Prepare reports in management/follow-up for the Direction Board and be able to explain the results.
    • In cooperation with the Key Account Mangers, bring to the business the needed information to understand the last results and predict the future ones.
    • Elaborate the annual trade spend plan for each client, accounts and do their follow-ups.
    • Collaborate in controlling international projects and trade spend follow-up.
    • Ensure the economic-finance information integrity available to the several information system of the Group.
    • Customers portfolio:
    • Prepare annual investment strategies for each customer and area.
    • Work the Plan Sales Deck
    • 4P Success Model Implementation
    • In collaboration with Trade Marketing, elaborate the "LSM scorecard" as well as the "dashboard" and the deviations in the distribution for the top customers
    • Elaborate the action plan of Trade Efficiency for the total implementation of the Success Model
    • Contract Management & Terms Compliance
    • Ensure that every spends incremented are completely conditionally. Ensure that the specific categories agreement are aligned with the Success Models
    • Identify the Trade deadlines of local and international clients that are not according to the policy
    • KPI Dashboard & action plan
    • KPI ́s definition from local Dashboard for monthly sales meetings
    • Define a solid and quantitative action plan with sufficient tasks to deliver the NR reach necessary to get to the predicted numbers in plans.

    The experience we're looking for


    -Business or Economic science with specific knowledge or specialization in finance and/or costs graduation

    -4/5 years in commercial controlling (preferably sales) and 4 years in general finances. Preferably same area companies

    - Strong understanding of tax law and compliance, coupled with the ability to apply this knowledge in a business context.
    - Skilled in building relationships and effectively communicating to influence across all levels of the organisation.
    - A forward-thinking, global outlook with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
    - A results-driven approach with a track record of using analytical skills to improve business processes.
