Your new responsibilities
Includes the following - other duties may be assigned.
Strategy & concepts:
- Own and develop a comprehensive story for digitalization, incl. Siemens Xcelerator for Smart Infrastructure in coherence with the businesses, corporate communications, and portfolio strategy, creating value for Smart Infrastructure customers and partners.
- Develop a coherent and focused communication strategy & concept for our different audiences and channels, in close alignment with stakeholders from the businesses.
- You will define critical data and KPIs to measure and assess the communication impact, effectiveness, drive databased decisions continually and implement learnings to optimize your efforts.
Governance & Roll-out:
- You will consult regions and businesses for their own media executions and coordinate support for regions enabling impactful digital marketing communications campaigns for the defined measures.
- Oversee roll out plans for Siemens Xcelerator Northstar projects with main focus on Building X, incl. design and implementation of overarching Building X communication plans
- Keep an overview of interlinked activities of different audiences and channels.
- You will drive and optimize global digitalization campaigns in close cooperation with vertical teams, the regions, and the central demand generation and paid media team.
- Design and lead change communications together with transformation lead to support Building X internal project communication
- You will formulate concise briefing documents that include clear scope and objectives.
Your talents and experience
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty at a consistent, high-quality level.
- Ability to research, analyze, plan, and execute in the areas of campaign development, message development, communications vehicle development, and management and communications effectiveness measurement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Experience working across all communications channels internal and external with a strong focus on new digital tools, as well as more traditional communications vehicles
- Strong teaming skills including crosscultural abilities
- Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change
- You are experienced in agile ways of working and methods and know how to lead in fastpaced adaptive organizational structure
- You ideally bring foundational knowledge and experience in digital transformation and change management.
- Organizational skills and project management experience
- Selfdriven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups
- Ability and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities
- Solid knowledge of website, marketing analytics and automation tools and experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- You have strong social and networking skills and are able to lead, manage, and collaborate with international and crossfunctional teams as well as across multiple stakeholders on complex topics. Your proven communication skills are helpful here.
