Hikma, intends to recruit a
Manager, Product Launch & Commercial Operations - EU (M/F) to integrate
Marketing Department,
on-site work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch activities in Europe, working closely with the local sales teams and Hikma Operations as well with Third Party, while gathering inputs from API and Regulatory teams. The launch process should be standardized and ensure a smooth transition to commercial supply
- Consolidate the demand for the EU local markets, creating the link between EU region and Supply Chain of different Hikma and external sites. Develop a communication channel and process aiming for flexibility and optimpization of manufacturing capacity allocation
- Produce EU data analysis, develpt project reports and trackers. Make presentations to Management teams on relevant projects
- Work closely with Country Heads, Business Development & Portfolio teams to ensure one source of truth is communicated to the wider team in all commercial aspects
- Optimize EU commercial processes and organize crossfunctional team meetings to ensure projects remain on track
- Provide logistic and operational support to the EU commercial team, especially but not limited to the new markets (UK, FR, ES, BE).
- Contribute to the commercial development of the Portuguese market, together with the Sales Manager, ensuring at the same time business continuity
Profile:
- Degree in a Technical discipline or Business Management (Minimum)
- MBA (preferred)
- At least 3 years' experience in managing crossfunctional teams
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Strong business, sales and analytical skills
- Decision maker and goal driven
- Strong leadership skills, including of indirect reports and crossfunctional teams
- Proactive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationship with stakeholders
- Fluent spoken and written Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and to multitask / manage several projects
