We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F) who'll take our sourcing strategies to the next level in IT market (outsourcing)

What You'll Need

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Social and Organizational Psychology or similar areas (preferently)
• 1-3 years of proven experience sourcing in IT market (outsourcing)
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Social and Organizational Psychology or similar áreas (preferently)
• Ability to perform autonomous active sourcing,
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at each stage of the recruitment process
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates within the IT industry

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and implementing sourcing strategies (outsourcing)
• Source, identify, and attract IT talent through various channels;
• Conduct interviews;
• Finding and engaging candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
