We have offices in Lisbon, Porto, Óbidos, Brussels, Madrid and Barcelona, and we are looking for 1 (one) Field Representative Sales to work with us in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver against assigned business and pipeline goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience for prospects.
  • Contribute to territory strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities.
  • Work with Customer Reliability Engineers and Customer Engineers as a critical member of the team, and work closely with Cloud Sales Executives and Partner Managers in order to maximize business results and cultivate other opportunities.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
  • Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
  • Lead demand generation and other associated campaigns from conception, planning, execution, and launch to postlaunch analysis, directly and with AWS/Azure/GCP.


Magic Beans will give you all specialized training and all tools so that you can develop your activity in a specialized way adapted to the business.


Critical Components:


  • Understand the main practices of the cloud environment.
  • Understand Magic Beans' business strategy and objectives (including understanding the needs of the organization at the country level).
  • Proven experience in selling cloud products/services.
  • Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • High degree of selfdiscipline and experience in using CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales forecasting.
  • Technical mind, with an indepth understanding of the technology and cloud computing market, and a passion for cloud products.
  • Strong networker with the ability to create, join and grow social circles and partnerships easily, with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a crossfunctional/matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to invoke change.
  • Selforganized, goaloriented, selfmotivated individual who is confident, thorough and tenacious.
  • Analytical, datadriven, detailoriented and able to "zoom" in/out from the big picture to the minutiae.
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fastpaced, constantly evolving team environment.
  • Understand customers ́ pain points, and requirements and correlate potential business to value that can be provided by technical services.
  • Ability to build, sustain, and influence relationships, at all levels of an organization.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor ́s or Master ́s degree in Management, Marketing, or similar field.
  • Work Experience: Between 2 to 5 years of professional experience as a Sales Field Representative with cloud contact (preferred).
  • Certification: AWS Partner: Cloud Economics (nice to have) and AWS Partner: Sales Accreditation Business (nice to have).

Language Skills:


  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge in Spanish, French and/or Dutch is a plus.
