Descrição
Develop and implement sales strategy, new business/client development and retention.Visit current client's network, according to defined route book. Adapt visits frequency according to defined rules and geography.
Open new clients.
Implement Trade Marketing Activities.
Develop actual clients through the PBI tool.
Achieve the defined targets (Sales, Margin, Positiveness; Aging; SOW)
Managing the entire product ranges under responsibility (portfolio, pricing, and margin).
Planning and implementation of products launches, promotional activities and incentive campaigns.
Analysis and assessment of market trends, competitors, and products benchmarking.
Collaborating closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations in line with activity/marketing plans.
Three to five years of industry sales experience is desirable within a territory role, along with strong relationship management skills.
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales and KPI targets.
Sound business acumen with ability to identify ways of expanding your business and territory.
A team player that is collaborative, with initiative and solutions/results focused
Confidence, Resilience, Active listening.
Ability to translate brand strategy within accounts to drive sales growth.
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
Competent with Microsoft Office
