The person that joins us would be responsible for: Scout and acquire new real estate properties, negotiating commission agreements Conduct comprehensive analyses of real estate markets in relevant countries, assessing market dynamics, growth prospects, and competitor strategies Collect and analyze data on market demand, supply trends, and customer preferences to inform investment decisions Generate regular reports for senior management Efficiently utilize project management tools such as Asana and SF systems Engage with clients to offer support, address inquiries, advise on investment strategies, and represent client interests in negotiations Undertake all necessary actions to facilitate residency permits, permanent residence permits, or citizenship through real estate acquisitions Requirements Proven experience in the real estate industry Knowledge of international real estate markets Strong understanding of relevant legal regulations governing business operations Leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities Would be a plus Prior leadership experience Professional designations such as CCIM or equivalent Bachelor's degree in real estate or related field Knowledge of other foreign languages Benefits Working with high-net-worth clients and high checks Remote work No upper limit of income Competitive salary and bonus structure Working in a multinational professional environment Representing the industry leader with over 15 years of experience in the market Professional development Win-win product
