Mission
Preparation of maps to extract information from Cleva applications;
Diagnosis of incidents in application modules installed on customers;
Participation and provision of support services to customers, whenever requested;
Traveling to customers, when necessary;
Participate in implementation projects.
Profile
A degree in computer science or IT areas;
Professional experience in application support (troubleshooting, log consultation, debugging, configuration/parameterization);
Basic knowledge of SQL (SQLServer, DB2 and Oracle ) and JAVA;
Team spirit;
High sense of responsibility;
Ability to deal with "stress" and emotional control;
Learning ability;
Spirit of initiative, autonomy and pro-activity;
Availability and flexibility to travel to customers.
What we also value: Experience in RPG/ILE and knowledge of the iSeries platform; ITIL Foundation (training); Insurance knowledge; Knowledge of the BI / Analytics area (optional).
