We have a challenge for you - Service Manager - Hybrid Model - Telecommunications SectorWhat we are looking for:
- IT and Telco Services Manager;
- Proactive management and monitoring of Incidents, Service Requests and Standard Changes;
- Ensuring compliance with the SLA and monitoring, and managing the necessary evidence and reports;
- Ensure the Management of Service Levels associated with Contracts;
- Knowledge in Siebel CRM;
- Knowledge of advanced architectures and integration systems.
