We have a challenge for you - Service Manager - Hybrid Model - Telecommunications Sector


What we are looking for:

  • IT and Telco Services Manager;
  • Proactive management and monitoring of Incidents, Service Requests and Standard Changes;
  • Ensuring compliance with the SLA and monitoring, and managing the necessary evidence and reports;
  • Ensure the Management of Service Levels associated with Contracts;
  • Knowledge in Siebel CRM;
  • Knowledge of advanced architectures and integration systems.
