- Apply previously acquired knowledge (or acquired during the program).
- Apply continuous improvement tools to the business (SMED, VSM, SOP, OPL, 5's, TPM, etc.).
- Interact with internal clients (other departments).
- Contribute with new ideas and tools that can help develop the business.
- Use SAP ERP system (when applicable).
- You have recently graduated in Engineering, Management or related field.
- You have good collaboration and communication skills.
- You are fluent in English.
- You love developing and solving challenges in a pragmatic way;
- Knowledge of Power BI and other IT tools is considered an asset;
- Experience or participation in continuous improvement initiatives would be an asset;
