    Position Overview:

    Siemens Healthineersis seeking a highly skilled and motivated ClinicalEducation Digital & Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. Inthis role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare byleveraging our state-of-the-art Image Data Management and AI solutions toimprove diagnostics, research, and patient care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a ClinicalEducation Digital & Automation Specialist , you will:

  • Performon-site training of key operators and end users in the area of DigitalHealthcare Solutions.
  • Work closelywith radiologists, clinicians, and other professional staff to ensure the properand efficient operation of company products.
  • Provide andmaintain documentation to support customer training and business unitrequirements.
  • Providefeedback to Sales, Service, Marketing, Engineering and Product Line managementon solutions issues and customer concerns.
  • Participatein special projects for customer and product line development as requested.
  • Productdemonstration and trade show support.
  • Work withyour team and colleagues to gain customer acceptance of product.
  • Provideon-going support to resolve application related and image quality concerns onboth a product and system level.
  • Qualifications:

    To excel in this role,you should possess:

  • A bachelor'sdegree in Radiology, Cardiology, Nuclear Medicine or BiomedicalEngineering.
  • In-depthknowledge of imaging diagnostics principles, instruments, and software.
  • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strongproblem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Priorexperience in a customer-facing role within the healthcare or life sciencesindustry.
  • A passion forinnovation and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through technology.
  • Fluentin Portuguese and highly proficient in English.
  • Location:Lisbon Area
