Estamos à procura de um Talent Coordinator para integrar a equipa de Talent Acquisition da Uber e apoiar processos de recrutamento locais e globais.
O que vais fazer
Trabalhar em parceria com recrutadores e hiring managers para garantir processos de recrutamento eficientes.
Agendar entrevistas, organizar viagens e dar suporte logístico aos candidatos.
Gerir reservas de salas, colaborar com assistentes administrativos e receber candidatos on‑site.
Garantir uma experiência de candidato excecional, respondendo de forma clara, rápida e orientada à qualidade.
Participar em projetos internos para otimizar processos de Talent Coordination.
Apoiar eventos de recrutamento e iniciativas da equipa de Talent Acquisition.

Disponibilidade para apoiar a equipa em diferentes tarefas quando necessário.
Requisitos
Licenciatura ou experiência profissional equivalente.
Experiência prévia de 1 a 2 anos em funções administrativas ou de contacto com o cliente (preferencial).
Fluência em Inglês.
