THE JOB
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a

Salesforce Catalog Specialist for a project in the Telecommunications area;

MAIN TASKS

Configure and maintain the Salesforce Catalog, ensuring accurate and uptodate product information, pricing, and availability;
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather product data, define attributes, and categorize products effectively;
Implement and maintain search functionalities to enhance product discoverability and user experience;
Monitor and analyze catalog performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements to the Salesforce Catalog functionality;
Provide support and training to internal teams on catalog management best practices and usage.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience working with Salesforce and specifically with Salesforce Catalog.
Strong understanding of product management concepts and catalog organization.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce Catalog, including defining product attributes, pricing rules, and search functionalities.
Familiarity with data integration processes to import and update product information within Salesforce Catalog.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams.
Salesforce certifications related to catalog management (e.g., Salesforce Certified Product Administrator) are a plus.
