Workster is looking for talented Russian speakers to join our clients dynamic customer service team for Gaming Industry abroad, located in Lisbon.

This is an excellent opportunity to represent some of the world's leading companies across various industries and provide exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities

Assist with inquiries about account and payment processes;
Resolve login and registration difficulties;
Handle hacked accounts and restore characters;
Address questions about the reward program;
Answer queries about tokens and prepaid game cards;
Handle any paymentrelated inquiries and process refunds;
Professionally manage customer data.
Please note that proficiency in both Russian and English, both orally and in writing, is a prerequisite for this position.

Your Qualifications

Native/fluent in written and spoken Russian and English
Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful and stressresistant personality that can adapt and stay calm in all situations
