Kelly Technology is currently recruiting a
Tech Lead Back-End (M/F) to directly integrate our international client in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

Establishing a strong engineering culture within the backend chapter, with focus on code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Lead technical discussions within the team and be the goto person for the team for guidance and troubleshooting.
Understand, implement, and measure key Business and Engineering metrics around performance, quality and availability, and work regularly with the team to push the boundaries and improve them periodically.
Foster and build a culture of actively engaging team members in engineering and design discussions.
Set up solid process and practices around code quality, conventions, and standards.
Help delivery teams in grooming and prioritization of Technical Debts.
Leading and contributing towards organization wide tech initiatives and transformations.
Mentoring and coach backend software engineers.
Help the organization in building a topquality team by participating in hiring initiatives.

Requisites:

7+ years' experience in large enterprise.
Bachelor's degree or Master's ideally in IT related field.
Demonstrated ability in building, launching and growing products.
Experience in working with AWS, HUDI, specially EMR, Spark etc.
Understanding on building large data pipeline enterprise level solution having batch and eventbased model.
Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record in fastpaced and ambiguous environments.
Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Good communication skills should be able to articulate thoughts and ideas to engineering and nonengineering audiences.
Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and running APIs.
Experience of leading a small engineering team.
Expertise in all common AWS Cloud technologies, Knowledge of CI/CD tools and workflows.
Proven track record in building highly available and scalable distributed systems.
A keen eye to quality with regards to following and establishing good coding practices, improving code coverage.
Professional scrum certification (Scale, Agile Leadership) a plus.
